2. Implementation of basic and applied research.
3. Implementation of community service.
4. Coordination of the implementation of research and community service activities.
5. Conducting publication of research results and community service.
6. The implementation of cooperation in the field of research and community service with universities and / or other institutions, both domestically and abroad.
7. Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of research and community service activities.
8. Implementation of administrative affairs of the Research and Community Service Institute.
