This study entitled Climate Relations Leadership Organizational Commitment Organizational Performance And Compensation Of Employees STMIK Amikom Purwokerto. Research conducted in 2009 and took place in Purwokerto Amikom STMIK. This type of research is survey research. The population in this study were all employees at Purwokerto Amikom STMIK totaling 46 people. The sampling technique in this study using a Proportional Stratified Random Sampling by strata of employee status results showed that organizational climate, organizational commitment, leadership and compensation has a positive relationship with employee performance STMIK Amikom Purwokerto
